Goodbye London!

On August 18, we left London to move back to Queensland, Australia!

After 24 hours of straight travel (argh!) we arrived at the beautiful Gold Coast!

We will miss the UK, but can't wait to get settled into our new life back in Australia!

Edinburgh

It was Jimmy's birthday on Friday, so we decided to spend the weekend in Edinburgh, Scotland!

It's an amazing city, with so many old, grey buildings and gruesome history! We went on a walking tour, visited Edinburgh castle, ate like pigs (but did not eat THAT pig), tried IRN Brew (this drink outsells Coke and Pepsi combined in Scotland!) did NOT try haggis, listened to a lot of bagpipes, visited the National Gallery, and attempted to master our Scottish accents but failed miserably!

We're now back in London and awaiting the arrival of my little brother, Callum! He's visiting with some friends for a week or so. Then we're packing our things and heading back to AUSTRALIA!! Cannot wait!
