On Thursday we arrived in Memphis, Tennessee, and met up with my Mum and Boyce!We spent the first day wandering around Union Avenue and the famous Beale Street, visited the Rock and Soul Museum, BB King's Blues Club, the Gibson Guitar factory, and ate so much Southern food we couldn't move!
Today we visited Graceland, the home of the Elvis Presley. It was fantastic - his house is exactly the same as when he re-decorated in 1974. Even the Christmas decorations are from then!
We're about to go and eat yet another Southern dinner - pork (pulled or ribs) and vegies (Mac n cheese is considered a vegetable here!!).
Tomorrow we're leaving for Nashville! We've hired a van, and will be driving around the South of America until Christmas time! Can't wait!
